By subscribing to or using Nexus Intelligence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Description of Service

Nexus Intelligence provides AI-powered daily market briefings delivered via email every weekday morning. The Service is available in two tiers:

• ▸Free Plan — daily briefing with executive summary, top 3 market stories, stock spotlights, and market sentiment. Free forever.
• ▸Premium Plan — extended 1,200–1,500 word briefing with 3 exact trade setups (entry, target, stop-loss), stock spotlights, portfolio positioning, sector rotation signals, and forward look. ₦16,500/month.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• ▸Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at ₦16,500 per month
• ▸Payment is processed securely by Paystack using your Nigerian debit or credit card
• ▸A 7-day free trial is available for new Premium subscribers — no credit card required during trial
• ▸Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled
• ▸You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• ▸We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• ▸We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ▸Share, resell, or redistribute the briefing content without written permission
• ▸Use the Service to create competing products or services
• ▸Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content in bulk
• ▸Share your Premium account credentials with others
• ▸Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• ▸Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on nexusmarketintel.com is owned by Nexus Intelligence and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may share individual briefing insights for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of briefings without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information in our briefings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Intelligence shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information in the briefings, including but not limited to trading losses.

8. Service Availability

We aim to deliver the briefing every weekday morning. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Occasional delays or missed briefings may occur due to technical issues, public holidays, or force majeure events. We will not issue refunds for occasional missed briefings but will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of extended outages.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@nexusmarketintel.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
